Instead of doing muscle of the month this month I’d like to focus on self care. January can often feel like a difficult month for many of us, so remember to take some time to focus on your own mental health.

The relaxation benefits can help us all in reducing stress and reducing pain and tension. Massage can also help improve circulation, energy levels and improve the immune function.
Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste producers such as lactic acid during night intensity activities and can help to relax the body.
This is the best time of year to work on our strength training and increase range of movement in joints, reducing injury for when our sports are in peek season. Applying this training with regular massage will benefit in season events or games.
