Service Description

An hour long appointment to conduct general maintenance, rehabilitative for both chronic and acute injury, or pre/post event massages. This includes some strengthening and or stretching exercises as per your individual needs. All initial appointments are conduced with a pre-treatment consultation, one to one video calls available to discuss individual needs and develop treatment plans.

Cancellation Policy
